Want to know how to cook with THRIVE foods, get some great recipes, and even taste the food prepared by a professional award winning chef?  Its easy!  Every month you can come see Chef Todd prepare his newest recipes and teach fun and easy ways to incorporate delicious THRIVE foods into your meals and your lifestyle.  

If you are in American Fork, Utah you can attend the attend the live recording.  Or for those of you further away you can watch the broadcast of THRIVE It Up with Chef Todd Leonard online on July 9th at 7:00 p.m. MDT

The live studio recording for our next THRIVE it Up will take place today July 2nd at 5:00 p.m. MDT. Please see notes below for live audience participants.

 Notes to Live Audience Participants:
  1. Please arrive at the THRIVE Kitchen in our American Fork headquarters by 4:40 to participate, as the studio doors will shut at 4:45 in preparation for the broadcast.
  2. As this is a live broadcast, the Thrive Kitchen becomes a studio set, and protocol is formal: the audience limited to ages 12 years and up, and dressing comfortably is recommended, as seating is limited and depending on turnout some attendees may need to stand.
  3. Arrive early to use the restroom, turn off cell phones, and be in your seat 10 minutes before the broadcast to be coached on how to best participate.
  4. Once studio doors shut at 4:45, no entering or exiting will be allowed until the broadcast concludes at approximately 6:00pm. Those not in their seats by 4:45 may watch from outside the studio glass.
  5. At broadcast conclusion, enjoy samples from the show, enter to win a product giveaway, and participate in an open Q&A discussion with Chef Todd!

So mark your calendars for future months: On the 1st Tuesday of the month you can attend the live event in American Forth, Utah.  On the 2nd Tuesday of the month you can watch the broadcast online.
